I trained at the Tavistock Clinic in London to offer psychodynamic therapy to address perfectionism, people pleasing, high-functioning anxiety, and feelings of overwhelm and disconnection. I help people who are successful and thoughtful but have noticed they are constantly chasing the next goal and struggle to feel they are enough. I specialize in helping people develop authentic self-confidence and deeper self-awareness, set healthier boundaries, increase resilience, develop the capacity to regulate emotions, form deeper connections in relationships, and feel more grounded and genuinely at ease in their lives.

​Our work will focus on making sense of unconscious motivations and patterns within yourself, your life, and your relationships. This insight facilitates lasting and impactful change. We will explore how old dynamics may get repeated and keep you stuck, and identify alternative ways of navigating difficulties that align with your values and goals.

Email to schedule a 15 minute free phone call or a full 55 minute initial consultation. We will talk through what you're struggling with and whether I might be the right therapist for you. If you decide to continue, our first few sessions will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another and for me to gain a deeper understanding of what brings you to therapy and what you are seeking from our work together.

Following the initial consultation period, I will recommend the frequency of treatment that would best suit your needs and talk through any questions and concerns you may have about therapy. Our work will be steeped in psychodynamic and attachment theories and will be specifically tailored to you and your individual circumstances and needs.

In a psychodynamic way of working, you will move towards developing a greater understanding of the connections between your past and present as well as the unconscious conflicts that may be holding you back and sabotaging your efforts. This will support the lasting changes you wish to make we work towards increasing your confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. We will work to better understand your relationships with yourself and others, exploring possibilities for relationships that feel connected, safe, and secure.
